About Us

OC+A was founded in 2005 by Stefanie Otto and Chuck Cummins; Cummins subsequently retired from the firm in 2023.  OC+A has extensive design experience in educational, commercial, retail, telecom, data center, and religious project types.  

OC+A understands that the most successful projects are those in which the design team, owner, user group, and contractor work together in a collaborative way to ensure the project’s success. 

Our services include site visits, field investigations, cost estimates, product research, record documents research, presentations to user groups, and preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
